In partnership with NYC Health & Hospitals Test & Trace Corps, St. Frances of Rome Church will be hosting a FREE COVID-19 VACCINATION CLINIC.

Here are the Details:

- When: Sunday, June 27th, 2021

- Where: St. Frances of Rome Church (761 East 236th St. Bronx, NY 10466)

- Time: 10AM - 5PM

- Who: Any person ages 12 and older. No Appointment Needed.

- What do I bring? Any form of ID (including national passport or consular ID).

Any SFA Parent, Family Member, or Student (12+) that shows proof of vaccination from this event by Tuesday, June 29th (in person or email) will be entered into a raffle for various prizes.
